Quote by Dr. Anthony Fauci, head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, NIAID, at Georgetown University in 2017.
[It is interesting to note that the French research scientist Luc Montagnier recently made the following comment concerning covid-19. “We have carefully analyzed the description of the genome of this RNA virus. We weren’t the first, a group of Indian researchers tried to publish a study showing that the complete genome of this virus that has within the sequences of another virus: that of HIV.”
"Referring to a study published at the Kusama School of Biology in New Dehli on January 31st, Montagnier (the 2008 Nobel Prize winner for his 1983 discovery of the HIV virus) made the point that the specific occurrence of HIV RNA viral segments spliced surgically within the COVID-19 genome could not have originated naturally."]
Parts of the above two paragraphs were taken from the "Strategic Culture Foundation." We are grateful for these two quotes.
On the morning of April 11th, 2020, the London Daily Mail had this as their headline. "Revealed: U.S. government gave a $3.7 million grant to Wuhan lab at the center of coronavirus leak security that was performing experiments on bats from the caves where the disease is believed to have originated."
It seems the United States was involved in funding the only lab, which is now believed to be the source of the covid-19 virus. Covid-19 either escaped from or was deliberately released from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
The National Institute of Health, the primary agency tasked with biomedical and public health research, was recently caught red-handed funding unethical research known as gain-of-function studies, or GOF. This type of research was banned in the U.S. in 2014. The alleged purpose of GOF studies was to take an existing and relatively harmless virus and mutate it into a more lethal virus. This research was supposedly done to create a vaccine that can be produced to combat this virus should it ever mutate into a virulent strain. The irony of this entire research is that the virologist ends up creating the very virus which may never mutate into a more virulent strain. And this newly created virus could escape the lab, which must be kept as secure as possible.
In 2015, during the time that gain-of-function studies were banned in the United States, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases outsourced GOF research to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China. This research grant and the GOF studies research was authorized by non-other than Dr. Anthony Fauci of the NIH.
According to the Asia Times, "In the face of a moratorium in the U.S., Dr. Anthony Fauci – the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and currently the leading doctor in the U.S. Coronavirus Task Force – outsourced in 2015 the GOF research to China’s Wuhan lab and licensed the lab to continue receiving U.S. government funding."
The Diplomat reported that the funding for the Wuhan Institute of Virology was in two phases. Phase one took place from 2014 to 2019, worth $3.7 million. Phase two began in 2019, with an additional $3.7 million in grant funds provided to the lab by the National Institute of Health for GOF research. This is the controversial research that hundreds of scientists in the U.S. strongly opposed. Many scientists sounded the alarm concerning GOF research because it could lead to a worldwide pandemic, much as we have today, should one of these manipulated viruses escape the containment lab. Many scientists point to the fact that virus manipulation will eventually lead to a release of one of these lethal contagions, and millions potentially could die. There is no good reason to proceed with this kind of research since many, including labs with Bio-Safety Level-3 and Bio-Safety Level-4, still experience containment leaks, as they are called. The Diplomat quoted Secretary of State Mike Pompeo defended the funding of foreign research labs by saying that it was necessary "to protect American people from labs that aren't up to standard." Secretary Pompeo spoke to the high number of accidents that took place in government labs in the United States under the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. A cable from officials at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing on January 19th, 2018, reportedly warned, "During interactions with scientists at the WIV laboratory, they noted the new lab has a serious shortage of appropriately trained technicians and investigators needed to safely operate this high-containment laboratory." This, according to the Washington Post.
Our government officials failed to disclose how lethal and dangerous GOF research can be and, in my humble opinion, should not be done at all. It certainly should not be done in Communist China where the Chinese military could benefit from such research at U.S. taxpayer expense, in more ways than one. The more we learn of the interaction between U.S. government agencies and Communist China's Wuhan Institute of Virology, the more we realize that our own nation must be held accountable as well. Dr. Fauci clearly knew the manipulation of coronaviruses was taking place at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. When Dr. Fauci stated that it was a novel coronavirus, meaning that no one knew of its existence until the outbreak, this clearly was not so. Dr. Fauci knew very well of this research since he had outsourced and authorized GOF research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
In April of 2020, Newsweek reported that the Wuhan Institute of Virology housed some 1,500 viruses, including the most extensive collection of coronaviruses in the world. In fact, the WIV has been working with gain-of-function research for the past 5 years, according to Newsweek. This raises the question of whether one of the viruses that the WIV may have been manipulating was the covid-19 virus since one virus known to exist at the WIV lab is very similar to covid-19. Newsweek also reported that GOF research has been "used to turn viruses into human pathogens capable of causing a global pandemic."
The Wuhan Institute of Virology has also received funding for viral discovery and gain-of-function research from the PREDICT program funded by the United States Agency for International Development, along with other nations. Richard Ebright, an infectious disease expert at Rutgers, said this concerning the PREDICT program. "The PREDICT program has produced no results--absolutely no results--that are of use for preventing or combating outbreaks. There's no information from that project that will contribute in any way, shape, or form to addressing the outbreak at hand. The research does not provide information that's useful for developing antiviral drugs. It does not provide information that's useful for developing vaccines."
The Asia Times reported that in October 2014, the U.S. government banned all federal funding on efforts to weaponize three viruses – influenza, Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS), and severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).
Due to many of our government's top CDC research facilities having already experienced viral escapes from these supposedly highly secure labs, gain-of-function research was banned in the United States in 2014. These breaches of security were addressed in Science magazine in their July 2014 edition. Science magazine reported that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention closed two of its own labs due to contagions escaping these supposedly, highly secure labs. One CDC lab shipped an avian influenza virus H9N2 to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which was found to be contaminated with H5N1, a highly contagious virus of avian flu. Another CDC lab accidentally released anthrax, exposing up to 75 CDC workers believing that the anthrax was dead when it was not. In another extraordinary incident, 6 vials of smallpox were discovered at the Food and Drug Administration lab at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. It should not have been there, and researchers later found that it too was still active and contagious. Smallpox was eradicated in 1979. This could have led to a possible outbreak if lab personnel had not tested the vials and found the smallpox virus still active.
It was also reported in the Newsweek article that "many instances of mishaps involving the accidental release of pathogens have taken place in labs throughout the world. Hundreds of breaches have occurred in the U.S. alone."
This points to the fact that gain-of-function research can cause a worldwide pandemic putting millions of people at risk. The alleged reason for doing GOF research in the first place is to have vaccines prepared ahead of time should a wild virus suddenly mutant into a more virulent form. However, would the vaccine be brought out immediately knowing that it would reveal that our government already knew in advance of the virus's existence? Many scientists argue rather forcefully that such research is immoral, unethical, and perilous since it could lead to a worldwide pandemic should the virus escape the lab. Our government is playing Russian Roulette with the lives of millions of people worldwide by allowing such perilous research to continue. Is this not rather callous for a man in Dr. Fauci's position to authorize GOF studies? It is only a matter of time before a highly contagious and possibly deadly virus is released into the world. Perhaps that day has already come.
National File, an online publication outlines connections among Dr. Anthony Fauci, Dr. Deborah Birx, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and Bill and Hillary Clinton's Global Initiative. It also demonstrated how closely two of Presidents Trump's top advisors on the covid-19 pandemic Task Force work closely with Bill and Melinda Gates and Bill and Hillary Clinton's foundations. In fact, Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates espouse many of the same ideas. Both strongly endorses lockdown procedures and vaccinations for the entire world before things can begin to return to normal. Also, somewhat revealing is the fact that both Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates favor a medical I.D. card. The medical I.D. care is for everyone who accepts the vaccinations against covid-19 to show that they are in compliance. What might it mean for those who refuse the covid-19 vaccination? Perhaps it would mean being restricted to your home or not being able to work or apply for work. Maybe your children would not be allowed to go to school, and you may not be allowed to buy groceries.
Dr. Fauci, as stated earlier, has a close relationship with Bill Gates. The latter also gave the NIH over $200 million recently, which might explain why Dr. Fauci changed his mind at least three times on critical issues, such as advising President Trump that it would not be necessary to deny China access to the United States airports and then later changed his mind. Also, Dr. Fauci writing in the New England Journal of Medicine indicated that the covid-19 virus would be similar to a severe influenza season. Lest we forget the big turnaround concerning wearing face masks, which Dr. Fauci (2:09) claimed would not stop the covid-19 virus, and that it was not necessary to wear them, and then later reversed course and said that face masks were critical to stopping the spread of covid-19. Does this not speak to Dr. Fauci's ethical standards?
Obviously, the families mentioned above do not agree with President Trump when it comes to restarting the economy, and in fact, pushed loudly for a nationwide economic shutdown. The Bill and Linda Gates Foundation donates billions annually to fund the Global Fund. Dr. Deborah Birx, who is presently sitting in for Dr. Fauci on President Trumps Coronavirus Task Force, sits on the board of the Global Fund. According to National File, "Dr. Deborah Birx is garnering criticism for touting a disputed model for the Coronavirus outbreak prepared by the University of Washington’s IHME, a project of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Birx’s license to practice medicine in the state of Pennsylvania expired in 2014.
Deborah Birx Sits on the Board of The Global Fund, which is heavily funded by Bill Gates’ organizational network, as journalist Jordan Schactel discovered. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation gave the Global Fund a $750 million promissory note in 2012."
The National File also reported that The Gates Foundation has contributed US$2.24 billion to the Global Fund to date and pledged US$760 million for the Global Fund's Sixth Replenishment, covering 2020-2022." Bill Gates is known to have contributed hundreds of millions to the World Health Organization, which is part government, and part private entity. Which is very interesting to note.
To wrap things up, we may never know precisely how the covid-19 virus managed to escape the containment lab at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, or whether it was released on purpose. However, its after-effects are helping to divide this nation along racial and political lines. The covid-19 pandemic certainly has worked to the advantage of the Global Elite and the Democratic Party. The Democratic party and the liberal media work endlessly to attack the President and try to discredit his administration. They want to keep the schools closed, businesses in doubt concerning their future, while making excuses for rioters that destroy millions of dollars in property and business, and ignore the law with impunity. All the while working to disparage our nation's police force and never once criticizing Dr. Fauci for his agency's connections to the Wuhan Institute of Virology and funding the very research that may have led to the current pandemic.
This great nation should shoulder our part of the blame in this ongoing pandemic and not place all responsibility for the covid-19 pandemic squarely on China's shoulders. After all, research funding for GOF studies of coronaviruses came from the National Institute of Health, and from the U.S. Agency for International Development. We should also hold our elected and nonelected officials accountable to the law. We cannot deny that we are also responsible for the human misery that covid-19 has caused and will ultimately cause on Earth. Neither can we deny the highly unethical and immoral practice of changing mild viruses into pandemic class viruses. That is what gain-of-function research does. We must put an end to this monstrous practice of creating even more highly infectious and deadly viruses for weaponization or any other purpose. We should also not make taxpayers fund such immoral and unethical research.
The pharmaceutical company that has the first successful vaccine for covid-19 stands to make untold billions in profits. Imagine what it would cost to vaccinate everyone in the world and how much it would mean in these pharmaceutical companies' earnings. The pharmaceutical companies have no incentive to develop a safe vaccine since all liability issues would be shouldered by the working men and women of this great nation, should the vaccine cause death or debilitating ailments. That is already the present case. The American taxpayers are responsible for all liabilities due to adverse effects from vaccinations given in this nation today. No longer do pharmaceutical companies have to worry about getting sued by angry family members who demand justice. The sad thing is that children are the most vulnerable victims and can suffer death or ailments, including autism.
